Who : Who is facing the problem? Who is associated witht the problem?
What : What is the nature of the problem. What is the problem? How do you know that is the problem.
Where : Who is associated with the problem? Focus on context/ situation of the problem.
Why : List down all the major elements that is affecting the problem directly.
